Benjamin
Chan

As well as undertaking an Electrical Engineering degree,
Ben specialises in Marketing and Management through his
Bachelor of Commerce degree. He also undertakes studies in
Chinese and intends to travel to China
for the first time at the end of 2004 to enhance his
experience in both the language and the culture. In his
spare time, Ben fulfils his commitments to the Melbourne
University Water Polo Club where he plays the position of
goalkeeper.

Having moved from Sydney to begin her degree, Este spent her first 3 years in
Melbourne at Ormond College. Here she was elected to a variety of positions on the
Ormond College Students' Club and also pursued her interest
in public speaking. Este was awarded a Melbourne
University National Scholarship in 2000 and has since
received prizes in both Engineering and Law. Outside of
university, Este is a keen traveller and enjoys scuba
diving and hiking. |

Simon Griffiths

Originally from Perth, Simon moved to Melbourne in 2001 to commence his Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor
of Commerce degree. Currently in his fourth year, he enjoys competing
in several of the University’s sporting
teams and holds an avid interest in travel photography.
On top of university and sporting commitments,
Simon continues to be actively involved in the wider
community and in residential college life.
In 2004 he is a mentor for the Student Ambassador
Leadership Program and is the Intercollegiate Council
President. |

Greg Weickhardt

As well as Electrical Engineering, Greg studies
Economics and Finance within his Bachelor of Commerce
degree. Vice-President of Queen’s College in 2003, Greg
enjoys travelling, watching and playing sport and
takes a keen interest in current events. Due to graduate in
2004, and fortunate to have had
some valuable vacation employment experiences in both
engineering and financial services industries, Greg is
looking forward to his future career. |
