Currently the management and coordination of the endeavor projects are done on a manual basis. The potential supervisors need to manually hand in hard copies of projects descriptions to the project coordinator who then manages to put them on the web for the students to view. The students need to manually fill out and hand in project preference sheets. Many of these procedures are tedious and time consuming. This project aims to use advanced internet technologies to create a web-based project management system for Endeavour supervisors and students.

The web page will allow potential supervisors to automatically upload and update project descriptions. Students may use the website to view and select projects and complete any required forms on-line. This project involves the design and implementations of such system and requires close interactions with the Endeavour team. We are aiming to implement all the necessary requirements, making life easier for both the supervisors and students next year.
