In 2005, VTAC decided to include Photonics material into VCE physics course. CSIROSEC, who provide various “travelling shows” to different school across Victoria, invited us to design and build experiments to be included in the new photonics show.

he photonics in Secondary Education project in 2005 will be based on the achievement from 2004 project members, who had designed the overall contents of the show and constructed several experiments. The missions in 2005 are to add further sophistication to the existing experiments, and to design and construct further experiments before the show is handed over to CSIRO at the end of the year.
