Postgraduate by Coursework
Postgraduate coursework degrees are degrees in which the student studies a certain number of individual subjects.
The Department has three such degrees:
- Master of Telecommunications Engineering by Coursework
- Graduate Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering by Coursework
- Graduate Certificate in Telecommunications Engineering by Coursework
Our coursework degrees are taught by a team of experts consisting of Departmental researchers and industry professionals.
This allows students to gain an insight in to the research going on in the Department and to work closely with professionals that have current knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
Postgraduate coursework degrees are a good way for the student to become reacquainted with specific areas of interest.
Our students come from a varied background including professionals wanting to brush up on their skill bases and students from undergraduate degrees wanting to specialise in telecommunications at the postgraduate level.
Many of our coursework students discover an interest in research and at the end of their courses apply to our research degrees.
