On-site Registration

Attendees who opt for paying at the registration desk must pay with one of the following credit cards:

 

• VISA

• Master Card

The conference organiser will not accept check or cash during on-site registration.

The registration booth will be open on November 25th (Tuesday) from 8am - 10pm and on Novembern 26th (Wednesday) from 8.30am - 10.30am.

 

Visa Requirements

Those participants who need to apply for a visa (read information contained here) should begin the visa application process as soon as possible.  For visa purposes, a letter from the Event Organiser can be obtained by contacting:
