| HPPD Scholarship of $23,000 p.a. A PhD scholarship is being offered by the Human Protection and Performance Division (HPPD) at the Defence Science and Technology Organisation (DSTO) for the study of problems arising from the estimation of hazards due to chemical, biological or radiological materials using spatially distributed sensors. It is anticipated that the course of study will include aspects of statistical signal processing, modelling and experimental design for field trials. This work is part of a collaborative project between MSL and the HPPD. Amount: $23,000 a year for 3 years Eligibility: Students should have an honours degree (H2A or above) or a research masters degree in electrical engineering or applied mathematics.
